I'm not sure if people will remember my last name as Romero (my maiden name) or Coats (my married name) since I got married at the beginning of my junior year in high school. I have been divorced since 1983 and went back to using my maiden name at that time. I have been living in Denver since 1994, working for the Hallmark television cable network since 1998.

My daughter lives here also (she works for the Girl Scouts), but my 3 sons live in Texas. The oldest, Chris, is married, has 2 daughters, Maryclaire (3) and Annie (1), and lives in Richardson. Jeff moved back to Texas after he graduated from high school. He lives in Plano and works at Dillards in Collin Creek mall on the dock. Brian graduated from high school in June and just moved back to Texas. He also works at Dillards in Collin Creek mall in the Men's Denim department. My father has worked at Dillards in Collin Creek for nearly 20 years (mostly in Men's Suits). My mother passed away from lung cancer in 1987. All my sisters and my brother also live in Texas, so I visit there often. But I really enjoy living in Colorado. I miss my family, but I don't miss the humidity.

Hopefully, I'll make it back there for the reunion.
